Understanding the Complexities of Marriage and Relationships

Created for kinship, marriage is described as a legal contract or social union between a man and a woman. Considered as an institution, it is seen as an interpersonal relationship that is both sexual and intimate. Another word for marriage is matrimonial. The common ritual that occurs when two people are married is called marriage. People enter into marriage for various reasons. It has a legal factor. In addition, it also has a social and emotional aspect. It is also seen as something economical. And more importantly, it is rooted in spirituality and religion.

Although some marriages are performed, some people view marriage as the starting point of building a family and purchase. Marriage is at the top of the hierarchy, while the establishment of the family in legal form and the protection of children are covered under it in a legal sense. People also see marriage as a commitment that is recognized by the public. Even though marriage is a common practice in different countries around the world, each culture still has unique practices. There is a certain complexity to marriage because two people are legally and financially tied to each other. Marriages are of two types: civil and church.

The basic relationship of marriage is found in relationships, which is basically a bond between two people. Relationships can be romantic or platonic. But in the context of marriage, relationships are based on trust and openness. Especially since marriage takes a lot of compromise and work, the relationship between husband and wife should be strong and unbreakable. Traditionally, the husband is seen as the husband while the wife is considered to be the one who takes care of the home and the children. However, times have changed now and the roles are not as clear as they used to be.

Nowadays, there are stay-at-home fathers who provide for all the needs of the children and the household. On the other hand, there are wives who are the sole breadwinners and are working nine to five. The rise of women empowerment has contributed to the upliftment of more and more women who want to be independent in every sense of the word. Some fathers have felt that they really like to be domesticated and play maternal roles. Nevertheless, relationships and marriage go hand in hand. This is indeed a disgusting act as both husband and wife become responsible for each other.

Difficulty with marriage and relationships lies in the daily grind and emotional needs of each person. It is the responsibility of providing sufficient funds for the family. However, at the same time, there is also a need to provide emotional security to each other. Unfortunately, however, the institution of marriage has become tainted and corrupt. Some marriages are purely for financial gain. Others are caused by marriages decided by their parents. And there are those who are able to obtain citizenship. Marriage and relationships are complex and multi-layered yet it has a long history that is still progressing as we speak.
