Hi Everyone!  I wanted to let you know what’s going on with NILA…

ÞMany of you have been invoiced for dues.  Some agencies and states need a long time to get through the bureaucratic process of invoicing, which is why some of them appear early.  Remember, dues will now run a year from when you pay.  If there are problems with your invoice, please feel free to contact me.

ÞIf you received an invoice, please make sure you complete the agency information update to ensure that we have your correct information.  I know there have been some issues with information not getting to the right people and I’m trying to fix it.  If it’s easier, just e-mail the update information to me.

ÞWe’ve been experiencing some technical problems…please be patient.  We are in the process of changing our web host, so things should be back to normal soon.  Since you can’t access the members only section of the site, if there’s something that you need, feel free to contact me.

I’m really looking forward to meeting many of you at the conference!  Take Care – Susan
